First, a little about Fultondale Auto Sales. We are a small lot, 1/2 acre physically. Opened in June, 2006. Used an old 10X30 mobile home until June,2008, when we moved into our new building (and our new mortgage). We do some BHPH, straight retail, and some wholesale business. Our staff consists of myself, my partner, Harold Sutphin, and three part-time people. We are not a big-time operator. Now on to Mr. Koon. Doc set-up my website almost a year ago, and me being the procrastinator that I am, I did not do anything with it until Dec'08. Things were going so slow (car people will know EXACTLY what I'm talking about). I was in a "Do or Die" situation, literally, and was ready to try anything to drive sales (plus, without any customers - I had plenty of time on my hands). So I started working with Doc to actually get the site up and going. All I can say is the results have been just short of amazing. Using Doc's advice on how to incorporate links to the website in other venues, we have had almost 200,000 unique visitors to our site in the first six weeks of 2009. We've received online credit apps in the hundreds, and we are actually selling cars again. I understand we are in "tax season", and we should expect sales to spike, but the ease with which we can now respond to prospects is proving to be very fruitful. I am not a very computer literate person. Doc has been very patient with me and walked me through updating the site and using all the features it offers. Heck I didn't even know what site-specific email addresses were. I do now, and my staff can use their own email addresses to communicate with prospects, giving us a more professional look. Finally, I would recommend Doc's Net Services to anyone. His knowledge of internet sales, search engines, and the like is amazing. I can truly say that if not for Ed Koon, I most likely would not be in business today. I had the best experience that I have ever had buying a car (this is my fourth) and it was easier than the ones I bough near my home only due to the thoroughness of Ed. I got picked up at the airport, and after seeing that the car was almost better than I had expected and hoped I spent a over 20 hours driving home to find out that they had sold me a VERY good car! I know that there are fears associated with buying a car buy one you can put to rest is these guys know their stuff and have a GREAT product and reputation.
